Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Qualifying Canadian orders of $200 CAD or more receive free standard shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after processing. Remote destinations and carrier delays may require additional time.
Can I pick up my order in Calgary?
Yes. Select local pickup at checkout when available. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before visiting.
What does “Online Only” mean?
Online-only products may not be stocked at the retail location and can require additional fulfillment time.
How can I confirm product compatibility?

What is your return policy?
