Shipping & Pickup

Hookah Hour offers tracked delivery across Canada and local pickup in Calgary, Alberta.

Free Shipping

Qualifying Canadian orders of $200 CAD or more receive free standard shipping. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Remote destinations, severe weather, high-volume periods and carrier delays may require additional time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days. Online-only products may require additional fulfillment time. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you using the information provided with the order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent after shipment. Carrier information may take time to update after a label is created.

Calgary Pickup

Local pickup can be selected at checkout when available. Please wait for a pickup-ready notification before visiting. Bring your order confirmation and valid government-issued photo identification. Age verification may be required.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or an unclaimed parcel may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Inspect your parcel promptly. If an order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email hookahhour1@gmail.com with your order number, photographs of the parcel and packaging, and a description of the issue.
